BZART Lambiek

Tap to rate

A funky lambic with no sweetening: bzart marries the méthode traditionnelle of sparkling wine with spontaneous fermentation. Lambiek Oud Beersel rests twelve months in wooden barrels, is bottled with sparkling-wine yeast and sugar and ages at least nine months in the bottle; riddling and disgorging follow, and no sweet dosage goes in before corking, which makes it brut. Golden yellow, in 75 cl bottles, in editions since 2012.
