Bersalis Kadet Oak Aged
Brett character and a fresh sourness in a light, bitter beer. After its main fermentation, Bersalis Kadet keeps ageing in wooden barrels that once held Oud Beersel's lambic; Pediococcus and Brettanomyces, present in the barrels and the air, trigger a second fermentation, and after 12 months of ripening a third one follows in the bottle. 5.5 % ABV.
