Belgium·Fruit Lambic
Tap to rate

A dark red lambic with a vibrant grape flavour that lingers, intensely aromatic and full-bodied in the aftertaste. Italian Barbera grapes from Valli Unite were destemmed and macerated for 4.5 months on three-year-old lambic, then a natural refermentation in the bottle gave the beer a lively sparkle. 9.5 % ABV, in 37.5 cl bottles, with ten years of shelf life.
