Ashanti Lambic

Tap to rate

A lambic macerated with Ashanti pepper, following the same recipe as the Zwanze 2022 but weighted a little further toward the lambic itself. The spicy, peppery character stays clearly present. The pepper comes from a Brussels spice shop, which afterwards dried the infused peppercorns and sold them on. The name refers to the Ashanti kingdom, through which this pepper was once traded.
