3 Fonteinen Oude Lambik

Tap to rate

Acidity and earthy tones define this lambic, enjoyed almost straight from the oak barrel. It comes from brewing with a high share of unmalted wheat, spontaneous fermentation in an open coolship and slow maturation in oak barrels of different sizes, and it is completely flat because the carbonation escapes through the staves. It is poured at selected places around the brewery and on hand pumps in the lambik-O-droom.
