Cuvée Armand & Gaston

Tap to rate

Marked acidity runs through the Cuvée Armand & Gaston, 3 Fonteinen's tribute to its predecessors. It is blended solely from lambic brewed at 3 Fonteinen, with a much higher share of aged lambic, up to eight years old, than in the Oude Geuze, which gives it a deeper, more complex profile. Fermented in the bottle, unfiltered and unpasteurised, it keeps developing in the cellar.
