Kernel Baltic Porter

Tap to rate

A porter fermented with lager yeast at low temperatures and then lagered for nine weeks, which smooths the rough edges of the brewery's ale-fermented dark beers. It grew out of the recipes for the brewery's hopped India porters and is one of the lager beers that came out of the 2020 lockdown. Dark chocolate and roast set the tone, with a softer milk-chocolate side and a creamy texture. It is poured on draught and sold in bottle.
