◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with a distinctly hazy, cloudy character from suspended yeast and wheat protein. A fine white head forms readily and clings to the glass with delicate lacing. The unfiltered nature creates a soft, inviting opacity that is characteristic of the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus notes from orange peel and coriander, followed by a distinctive peppery undertone and subtle clove character derived from the yeast strain. Herbal, grassy notes emerge beneath, with a whisper of grapefruit from the restrained hop charge. The overall impression is fresh, spiced, and inviting without any sharpness.

◐ Taste

The palate is light and refreshing, with the wheat malt providing a soft, creamy mouthfeel that belies the low alcohol content. Coriander and orange dominate the mid-palate, layered with clove and a fine peppery quality. Bitterness is minimal at 12 IBU, instead offering a herbal, lightly grassy edge that keeps the beer balanced without aggressive hop bite.

The finish is tart and dry, with the wheat contributing a subtle crispness that fades quickly. No lingering sweetness; the aftertaste remains clean, spiced, and gently herbal.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
