Pale straw yellow with a distinctive haze from suspended wheat and yeast particles, characteristic of the witbier style. The head is fluffy and white, with moderate retention and delicate lacing on the glass. Fine carbonation creates a soft, pillowy appearance.

◌ Aroma

Orange zest dominates the nose with bright, fresh citrus notes that immediately draw the senses. Behind the citrus sits a subtle spice reminiscent of coriander, kept restrained enough not to overpower the fruit-forward character. Wheat contributes a soft, slightly powdery undertone that grounds the composition.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with orange and citrus on entry, moving into a smooth middle where wheat provides body without heaviness. Spice remains integrated and gentle, allowing the citrus to lead throughout. The finish arrives crisp and clean, with fruit persistence balanced by a light, dry sensation.
