Strip presents a pale straw-gold hue, characteristic of the witbier style. The beer shows excellent clarity with bright luminosity, topped by a fine, persistent white head that clings to the glass with delicate lacing. Carbonation is evident and lively, creating gentle effervescence throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately inviting, with soft wheat notes forming the foundation. Bright citrus—particularly orange peel—rises alongside warm, gentle spice from coriander, creating a clean and approachable bouquet. The underlying yeast character is restrained and refined, allowing the grain and botanicals to lead.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a soft, pillowy wheat sweetness that settles into a crisp, well-defined middle. Coriander and citrus integrate seamlessly, adding gentle spice and brightness without harshness. Bitterness is restrained and balanced, providing structure without dominating the delicate flavor interplay.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and refreshing, with wheat and citrus lingering briefly before fading into a dry, slightly spiced aftertaste. The beer leaves the palate bright and inviting, encouraging another sip.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
