Einstök White Ale

◎ Appearance

Pale straw to light golden hue with a distinctly hazy, cloudy appearance characteristic of the witbier style. A thick, creamy white head forms with excellent retention, and fine carbonation creates an inviting visual presentation.

◌ Aroma

Prominent citrus notes lead with bright orange peel at the forefront, complemented by warming coriander spice and subtle herbal complexity. A gentle wheat character and faint banana ester add softness to the nose, while the pure glacial water foundation keeps everything crisp and clean.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with refreshing citrus and orange peel flavors that immediately engage the senses, followed by a smooth wheat body with creamy mouthfeel. Coriander and subtle spice develop in the mid-palate with a light herbal note and whisper of banana, while the low bitterness (15 IBU) keeps the profile balanced and drinkable.

The finish is clean and distinctly dry, with lingering citrus notes fading gracefully without any harsh bitterness. A subtle herbal and spice memory persists briefly, inviting another sip.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
