Symphonic Chronic Double Dank joined the brewery's year-round range in 2023. The double IPA pairs West Coast-style kettle hopping with heavy dry hopping, using Nugget, Chinook, Zeus, Mosaic, Idaho 7 and Simcoe on a plain base of pale two-row malt. The aroma mixes mango and passion fruit with resinous pine, grapefruit pith and a sticky, cannabis-like dankness. A sweet, bready malt core carries the 9 percent strength, and the finish is long, candied and firmly bitter.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a sweet, bready malt foundation that carries the 9% alcohol with ease and composure. Mid-palate intensity builds through layered hop bitterness—earthy, piney, and grapefruit-driven—without sharpness. The malt backbone prevents harshness and provides essential sweetness to balance the assertive Edelhopfen character.
