Pale golden-yellow with pronounced haze from suspended yeast and protein. The head is tight and persistent, leaving fine lacing on the glass as it recedes. Bright carbonation visible throughout, characteristic of the New England IPA style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe tropical stone fruits—papaya and mango dominate the entry. Beneath the fruit lies a subtle resinous pine note that grounds the bouquet without overwhelming it. The Mosaic hop variety, used in both pellet and Cryo form, creates a cohesive and expressive aromatic profile.

◐ Geschmack

The palate follows the aromatic lead but shifts emphasis toward passion fruit and guava, adding bright acidity and complexity. A soft, medium body carries these stone and tropical fruit notes without heaviness, while measured bitterness—45 IBU—surfaces as a gentle backbone rather than a dominant force. The single-hop approach allows each note to remain distinct and focused.

The finish is clean and medium in length, with tropical fruit fading gradually into a faint resinous dryness. No harsh alcohol burn despite the 7.1% ABV, leaving the palate refreshed rather than fatigued.
