The nitrogen infusion creates a dense, persistent head of fine, tight foam that clings to the glass in a detailed lacing pattern. The body appears full and velvety, with gentle carbonation visible as a soft stream of micro-bubbles.

The nose leads with roasted coffee and dark chocolate, layered with toasted grain and subtle espresso notes. Beneath the roast lies a gentle sweetness from the lactose and milk sugar, which softens the intensity rather than overwhelming it. No hop character intrudes; the focus remains entirely on malt-derived warmth and the coffee adjunct.

The palate opens smooth and creamy, with the oats contributing a silky texture that amplifies the velvety mouthfeel. Dark chocolate and espresso dominate the mid-palate, balanced by the subtle lactose sweetness that prevents any harsh drying.
