Lumina

Tap to rate

Lumina is a session IPA and one of the brewery's best-selling beers, first released in 2019 under the name Refractions. Mango and pineapple lead the aroma, followed by juicy tropical fruit and flashes of lemon and other citrus. Oats in the grist give a soft, pillowy body, and the beer pours with a light haze. Bitterness is balanced and refreshing rather than sharp, leaving a clean, fruity finish. It is brewed gluten free and without animal products.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

Tulip glass

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.

Drink fresh. Session IPAs are brewed to be consumed young — the hops are at their best now.
