hopIQ found 10 beers with the same clean and crisp character as Every Minute Matters. Every Minute Matters is the return of the brewery's first California-style IPA, originally brewed together with a Californian brewery. The name refers to a very particular hop addition schedule. It is crisp, clean and refreshing on a simple base of malted barley, while Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe supply a firm, resinous bitterness. The aromas run to pine, grapefruit and mango, and it pours pale gold with a light hop haze. It carries 7.2 per cent alcohol. Ranked by flavour match rather than popularity.
Closest match: Ace IPA — 94%. Same cleanness and crispness, with a bready edge Siren Craft Brew keeps quiet.
