◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent head that clings to the glass with good lacing. Bright carbonation animates the body without aggression, creating a lively visual impression typical of the style.

◌ Aroma

Citrus blossom leads the nose, followed by distinct notes of lemon and grapefruit with a subtle lime edge. A light resinous character threads through, keeping the profile bright and herbal without overwhelming the delicate floral qualities imparted by the Centennial and Citra hops.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with a clean, crisp malt foundation of Pilsner, wheat and dextrin malts that sits deliberately light and slightly crackling. Hop bitterness arrives with moderate intensity, allowing the citrus and resinous qualities to remain foremost on the mid-palate rather than receding into the background.

◑ Abgang

The finish is bright, clean and distinctly dry, with no residual sweetness or harshness. The aftertaste fades quickly, leaving only a crisp, hop-driven impression.
