🌍 United States · American IPA · One of 390 American IPAs in hopIQ

A spring IPA introduced in 2026, brewed with organically grown hops and sustainably farmed barley. Centennial, together with lupulin forms of Centennial, Citra and CTZ, gives an aroma of citrus blossom, lemon and grapefruit with a hint of lime and a light resinous note. Pilsner malt, malted wheat and dextrin malt keep the body light and slightly crackery, so the hops stay in front. Bitterness is moderate, and the finish is bright, clean and dry.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with a clean, crisp malt foundation of Pilsner, wheat and dextrin malts that sits deliberately light and slightly crackling. Hop bitterness arrives with moderate intensity, allowing the citrus and resinous qualities to remain foremost on the mid-palate rather than receding into the background.
