◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a delicate white head that settles to a thin collar. The carbonation is evident and crisp, with steady streams of fine bubbles rising through the glass. Lacing clings softly to the walls as the beer is consumed.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe stone fruit—peach takes prominence, arriving with a candy-like sweetness—backed by layered tropical notes. Citrus zest threads through the background, offering a lift without aggression. The Edelhopfen character remains fruit-forward and inviting rather than sharp or resinous.

◐ Geschmack

The palate mirrors the aromatic promise, with hop character expressed as bright fruit rather than biting resin or pine. A light, unobtrusive malt base allows the hop fruit to shine while maintaining balance. Bitterness is restrained and measured, never dominating or drying the finish.

◑ Abgang

The finish stays short and clean, fading quickly without lingering harshness or cloying sweetness. A crisp, refreshing sensation lingers on the palate, inviting another sip.

Gut gekühlt servieren. Session IPAs sind am besten kalt — der niedrigere Alkohol bedeutet weniger Wärme zur Balance der Hopfen.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
