◎ Aussehen

A pale, hazy golden pour with a fine light cloudiness throughout the glass. The head forms quickly but settles to a thin collar with modest lacing. Carbonation is gentle and sustained, befitting the delicate alcohol-free character.

◌ Aroma

Orange zest and coriander seed dominate the nose with equal presence, their brightness cutting through clearly. Underneath lies a soft, grainy wheat note that grounds the spice without competing. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with no solvent or off-grain character.

◐ Geschmack

Coriander and orange lead on entry, delivering spice and citrus in equal measure across the palate. The body is velvety and rounded for this strength, with the wheat providing a neutral, clean foundation that prevents the adjuncts from becoming shrill. Bitterness is nearly absent at 6 IBU, allowing citrus and spice to drive the entire flavor arc.

Clean and relatively short, with the spice lingering slightly longer than the citrus. The wheat and low alcohol leave no warming sensation, only a dry, refreshing conclusion.
