Lambo Door presents a hazy, golden-yellow body with substantial opacity from suspended yeast and protein. The head is dense and creamy, with fine retention and visible lacing that clings to the glass. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, lending a soft, pillowy visual character.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with stone fruit and tropical notes—overripe peach and mango dominate, underpinned by dark berry character from Concord grape. A subtle coconut cream note emerges in the background, adding a soft, almost creamy dimension. The hop expression is clean and fruity without aggressive resinousness or citrus bite.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with pronounced stone fruit and tropical fruit character, then transitions to a sweet, playful fruit-gum quality at mid-palate that balances the hop-forward structure. Bitterness remains restrained and stays in the background, allowing the soft, creamy body and saturated fruit flavors to command attention. The 8% alcohol integrates seamlessly, providing gentle warmth without heat or harshness.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering stone fruit and coconut notes that fade gradually. No harsh tannins or astringency remain—instead, a gentle, pleasant warmth and subtle sweetness persist on the palate.
