◎ Aussehen

Road Trip IPA presents a burnished copper hue, bright and transparent with excellent clarity. The head forms dense and persistent, with fine bubbles that cling tenaciously to the glass walls and dissipate slowly, leaving structured lacing on each sip.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with resinous pine and woody undertones from Chinook and Centennial hops, layered with citrus brightness—grapefruit and fresh orange peel dominate. Beneath the hop character lies a clean, malt foundation that frames rather than masks the aromatic complexity, inviting closer inspection.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters full and malt-backed, with a substantial body that carries the hop character across the mid-palate. Bitterness builds steadily—firm and integrated rather than aggressive—while Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic add layers of citrus and piney complexity. The finish moves toward dryness, with resin and bitterness lingering rather than any residual sweetness.

The finish is dry and measured, trailing resinous bitterness and pine into a clean, crisp aftertaste. No sweetness remains; instead, a pleasant astringency invites the next sip.
