The carbonation is evident and lively, creating a gently effervescent visual presentation typical of a well-crafted saison. Light catches the beer with a luminous quality befitting its restrained ABV.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus notes—lemon zest and mandarin peel dominate—supported by a subtle mineral undertone and delicate spice. Belgian yeast contributes a restrained clove character without overwhelming the fruit-forward profile. The overall impression is aromatic yet balanced, with no aggressive hop bitterness intruding on the composition.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and refreshing, with citric tartness immediately evident on the palate. The mid-palate displays the promised yuzu character alongside a gentle spice note, while a mineral quality provides structure and prevents the fruit from becoming one-dimensional. Bitterness is restrained, allowing fermentation esters and adjunct character to drive the flavor experience rather than hop-derived IBU.

Clean and dry, with lingering citric notes fading into a crisp, mineral aftertaste. The finish is short to medium, leaving the palate refreshed rather than coated.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
