Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and fine, persistent carbonation. The head builds quickly and settles to a delicate lace that clings to the glass with each sip, leaving clean tracks down the walls.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with fresh citrus—bright lemon zest dominates, backed by subtle herbal and spicy notes from the Styrian Celeia and Citra hops. Beneath lies a gentle farmhouse yeast character, restrained and elegant, with no aggressive phenolics or solvent notes. The overall impression is clean and aromatic without complexity.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is dry and tart from the outset, with the citrus and tartness balanced evenly at around 85% prominence each. A crisp, clean mouthfeel carries bright acidity without harshness, while the low 4.5% ABV keeps the beer light and sessionable. Hop bitterness is gentle and supporting rather than assertive, allowing the farmhouse character and citrus to lead throughout.

The finish is crisp and refreshing, with lingering tartness and a clean, dry aftertaste that invites another sip. No residual sweetness or heavy malt character remains—only a precise, thirst-quenching clarity.

Bei 8–12°C servieren. Saison ist erfrischend aber komplex — kalt funktioniert, aber etwas wärmer zeigt den Farmhouse-Charakter.
