The nose opens with soft, grainy Malz character—biscuit and light cereal notes—underscored by a restrained, noble-hop presence that suggests Czech Saaz without dominance. A subtle yeasty undertone rounds the profile, clean and free of harsh fermentation notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is smooth and malty, with a gentle sweetness from well-executed decoction. The mid-palate remains crisp and refreshing, with a soft hop bitterness that integrates rather than asserts itself. Finish is dry and clean, the yeast adding a whisper of structure without cloudiness.
