The nose opens with restrained spice—a whisper of noble hops threading through as herbal and black pepper notes. Beneath lies a soft, bready malt foundation that never dominates, accompanied by subtle yeasty warmth from cool bottom fermentation. The overall character is delicate and grounded, inviting rather than declarative.

The entry is lean and clean, the 4.8% ABV creating an approachable, refreshing body. The palate develops a balanced interplay of soft malt sweetness and gentle hop character—spice and herb predominate over any aggressive bitterness.
