A pale golden brew with persistent cloudiness—the hallmark of an unfined, unfiltered Kellerbier. The haze speaks to natural yeast and fine grain matter held in suspension, lending the beer a soft, approachable opacity. A modest white head forms and clings with gentle adhesion, the carbonation steady and unassuming.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with restrained spice—a whisper of noble hops threading through as herbal and black pepper notes. Beneath lies a soft, bready malt foundation that never dominates, accompanied by subtle yeasty warmth from cool bottom fermentation. The overall character is delicate and grounded, inviting rather than declarative.

◐ Taste

The entry is lean and clean, the 4.8% ABV creating an approachable, refreshing body. The palate develops a balanced interplay of soft malt sweetness and gentle hop character—spice and herb predominate over any aggressive bitterness. A natural dryness emerges in the mid-palate, the product of precise temperature control and minimal intervention, leaving the impression of clarity without harshness.
