Schönbuch Braumanufaktur
Schönbuch Braumanufaktur was founded in 1823 by Karl Gottfried Dinkelacker in Böblingen, making it the oldest continuously operating business in the city. The brewery bears the name of the nearby Schönbuch forest, a designation adopted in 1906. A branch of the founding Dinkelacker family later moved to Stuttgart, where Carl Dinkelacker established the separate Dinkelacker brewery in 1888. The Böblingen brewery rebranded as Schönbuch Braumanufaktur in 2010 and today produces between 40,000 and 50,000 hectoliters annually, operating its own brewhouses and around a dozen gastronomy locations across the Stuttgart region.

How we measure this
Two thresholds are at work here:
- The signature list shows notes that recur in at least 6% of this brewery's beers. A low bar — enough to flag a pattern, not high enough to call it an exclusive trait.
- The peer comparison below shows only notes where this brewery's coverage differs from similar breweries by at least 20 percentage points. A higher bar — enough to call a real difference, not a nudge.
A note can appear on the signature list without appearing in the peer comparison: it recurs here, but similar breweries do the same thing.
Hefeweizen Hell
