A dense, fine-bubbled white head forms readily and clings to the glass with sustained lacing. The carbonation appears brisk yet refined, maintaining its structure throughout the pour.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with the distinctive wheat beer yeast character—banana and clove spice notes emerging alongside soft wheat grain sweetness. Subtle floral and herbal touches from Perle and Tettnanger hops integrate quietly, adding refinement without dominating. The overall impression is clean and approachable, with no alcoholic heat or off-notes despite the dealcoholisation process.

◐ Geschmack

The palate is full and satisfying, driven by soft wheat malt and a gentle spice signature from the yeast work. Perle and Tettnanger hops contribute a measured herbal and slightly peppery bitterness that balances the malty foundation without becoming assertive. The finish remains crisp and dry, with no sticky residue or thinness that sometimes plagues alcohol-free beers.

The aftertaste develops gradually, lingering with wheat grain and a subtle herbal echo from the noble hops. The beer exits cleanly without astringency, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip.
