◎ Aussehen

A hazy golden ale with a pale straw hue, characteristic of an unfiltered farm-brewery IPA. The cloudiness stems from suspended yeast and fine grain particles, lending an opaque quality to the glass. A dense, persistent head forms and clings to the glass with visible lacing as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with assertive citrus and grapefruit notes, underpinned by a resinous, piney hop presence typical of well-integrated noble varietals. A subtle malty backbone supports the aromatics without dominating, while the farm-grown ingredients impart a clean, herbaceous character free of oxidative or off-fermentation notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters smooth and medium-bodied, with bright citrus flavors mirroring the nose, then transitions through a clean malty mid-palate that balances the hop intensity. A firm, lingering bitterness builds steadily without harshness, defining the beer's character at 60 IBU and leaving a dry, slightly peppery sensation on the tongue.

◑ Abgang

The finish is long and dry, with the resinous bitterness persisting into the aftertaste. A faint citrus zest lingers, fading gradually to reveal the clean mineral qualities of the estate ingredients.
