◎ Aussehen

Hazy orange in colour with good body and visible suspended matter from the yeast. A thick, persistent head forms on the pour with solid lacing retention on the glass walls. The cloudiness is characteristic of the style, speaking to the unfiltered, fresh character of the brew.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by resinous pine and bright citrus notes, with pronounced grapefruit character emerging as the beer warms. Clean American hop aromatics shine through without any vegetal or grassy notes, backed by a subtle presence of grain sweetness from the malt base.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean with immediate hop bitterness that sits at a moderate level. The mid-palate carries the citrus and piney character forward, balanced by enough malt sweetness to prevent harshness. The finish is dry and slightly bitter, with a lingering herbal and resinous aftertaste that persists without becoming astringent.

◑ Abgang

The beer concludes with a clean, moderately long finish. The resinous hop character fades gradually into a dry, slightly bitter aftertaste that remains refreshing throughout.
