◎ Aussehen

Pale gold with bright clarity and a white, persistent head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The unfiltered nature is evident in a subtle haze that catches the light. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, supporting a dense foam collar.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus — grapefruit and orange peel — layered with distinct tropical fruit notes reminiscent of mango and passionfruit. A resinous pine backbone frames the composition, giving the aroma a dry, herbal grip characteristic of American noble hops.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is clean and crisp, with the hop bitterness arriving early and building through the mid-palate. A lean malt base provides minimal sweetness, allowing the assertive 60 IBU bitterness to dominate without astringency. The finish is bone-dry with a peppery resinous fade.

◑ Abgang

A satisfying and lingering dry finish with residual hop resin and a subtle citrus zest on the aftertaste. The bitterness fades gracefully without harshness, leaving the palate refreshed and inviting another sip.
