◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a white head that maintains fine lacing down the glass. Bright carbonation is evident throughout, lending the beer a vibrant, crisp visual presence that signals the hop-forward character to follow.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and tropical stone fruit notes—orange zest and papaya—layered over a resinous pine backbone. Clean fermentation allows the Edelhopfen character to shine without obstruction, creating an inviting and cohesive hop profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hoppy, with citrus and tropical notes developing immediately on the palate. Mid-palate reveals a light malt foundation supporting the resinous, piney hop bitterness, which builds steadily without overwhelming. The finish is dry and bitter, leaving a lingering hop character that remains refreshing throughout.

A clean, bitter aftertaste persists with lingering notes of pine resin and subtle citrus. The finish is refreshing and leaves no cloying sweetness—entirely characteristic of a well-executed American IPA.
