Pours golden to pale amber with a hazy, unfiltered character that catches light across the glass. A firm, pearl-white head forms and holds with good retention, leaving fine lacing along the walls. The haziness is gentle and consistent, typical of an unfiltered lagering.

◌ Aroma

The nose is clean and aromatic, opening with gentle spice notes that hint at the caramel malts used in the recipe. Soft, lightly grassy undertones emerge alongside delicate floral character from noble hops. There is no yeast-driven cloudiness in the aroma—just malt, spice, and restrained hop florality.

◐ Geschmack

Soft malt sweetness forms the palate entry, with caramel notes providing body without heaviness. Gentle grassy and floral hop notes weave through the mid-palate, keeping the beer refreshing and balanced. At 16 IBU, bitterness is restrained—the lowest in Flensburger's range—allowing malt and hop elegance to remain in the foreground.

The finish fades with fine, lingering bitterness that is neither sharp nor aggressive. Aftertaste leans toward dry malt and a whisper of spice, leaving the palate clean and ready for the next sip.
