Bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a substantial, creamy head that persists throughout the drinking experience. The carbonation is lively, evident in the steady stream of fine bubbles rising through the glass. The embossed bottle design frames a beer of polished, inviting appearance.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with gentle herbal and grassy notes from the Saaz hops, complemented by a subtle citrus zest. Beneath this lies a soft maltiness with faint caramel undertones, suggesting the careful 35-day conditioning process. The overall character is refined and balanced, without aggressive or dominating notes.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with a clean, lightly sweet maltiness and bready character that unfolds smoothly across the mid-palate. Caramel and toasted grain flavours build gently, while the Saaz hops contribute a dry, floral quality that prevents heaviness. The 25 IBU provide measured bitterness that frames rather than dominates the malt sweetness.

The finish is crisp and dry, with lingering grassy and floral hop character that gradually fades. A subtle caramel warmth persists in the aftertaste, balanced by the beer's inherent refreshment.
