Deep amber hue with good clarity and a dense, persistent head that clings to the glass with fine lacing. The color develops during extended cellar maturation, displaying warm copper-gold tones against the light. Carbonation is moderate and well-integrated, supporting a creamy collar that holds throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with pronounced honeyed malt and grain character, enhanced by the specialty malts selected for this brew. Whole-cone Tettnang and Alsace hops introduce restrained floral and herbal notes, while Mandarina Bavaria and Strisselspalter contribute delicate tangerine and spicy undertones. The overall impression is balanced and refined, with no harsh or solvent-like qualities.

◐ Geschmack

Full-bodied and robust on the palate, with a soft malt foundation of grain sweetness and honey that provides excellent texture and roundness. Mid-palate displays gentle citrus and floral hop character, while a restrained bitterness emerges gradually without overwhelming the malt profile. The finish is short and dry, with lingering hoppy spice and a light bitter edge.
