Pale golden color with bright clarity and good light transmission. The head forms quickly with fine bubbles and maintains solid lacing along the glass as it recedes. Carbonation is evident and well-integrated.

◌ Aroma

Pine resin and citrus peel dominate the nose, with distinctive grapefruit notes cutting through cleanly. Herbal and dank cannabis-like qualities add earthy depth, while subtle tropical fruit undertones emerge on closer inspection. A light toasted malt sweetness anchors the profile without overwhelming the hop character.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with medium body and balanced malt sweetness that supports rather than competes with the hop profile. Bitterness builds steadily across the mid-palate, integrating Mosaic, Strata, Simcoe, Chinook and Nugget into a cohesive dried citrus and resinous character. The 60 IBU bitterness is structured and clean rather than aggressive.

Firmly bitter finish with lasting resinous and grapefruit notes that persist in the aftertaste. Dryness increases gradually, leaving a clean, mineral-like sensation on the palate.
