Medium golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, inviting luminosity. A white head forms readily and demonstrates solid lacing along the glass as the beer is consumed. Lively carbonation is evident throughout, with a persistent stream of fine bubbles rising steadily.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus—prominent orange and grapefruit peel—layered with ripe passion fruit and subtle mango notes that unfold on continued exposure. A restrained malt backbone of pale and Munich character sits beneath, providing mild caramel sweetness without overshadowing the hop-driven impression. The aroma remains clean and well-defined, with no off-notes.

◐ Geschmack

Entry presents light caramel malt sweetness that carries the Citra and Mosaic hop character forward across the mid-palate. Citrus and resinous hop bitterness build progressively, reaching a firm 50 IBU presence that remains assertive but balanced. The body is light to medium and never cloying, allowing the dry bitterness to assert itself cleanly on the palate.

The finish is dry and slightly resinous, with lingering hop bitterness that fades gradually rather than sharply. The aftertaste leaves a pleasant citric and herbal impression that invites the next sip.
