Off-Piste Pale displays a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright, translucent character. A fine white head forms readily and dissipates to a thin collar with modest lacing. Carbonation is brisk and visible, lending visual liveliness to the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and tropical fruit notes, dominated by grapefruit and lemon zest from the Talus and Idaho 7 hops. A subtle grain sweetness from barley and oats provides a gentle foundation without heaviness. The overall impression is clean and inviting, with hop character front and centre.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters light and crisp, with citrus flavours building through the mid-palate. Oats contribute a soft, silky texture that belies the beer's minimal alcohol content. Bitterness arrives moderate and well-defined at 40 IBUs, finishing dry without harshness or residual sweetness.

The finish is clean and refreshing, with lingering grapefruit and lemon notes fading gracefully. No warming alcohol is present, allowing the hop character to carry the beer to a crisp, thirst-quenching conclusion.
