◎ Aussehen

Golden-yellow with bright clarity and a fine, persistent white head that holds a delicate lacing on the glass. The beer presents as luminous and well-carbonated, with steady streams of tiny bubbles rising through the body.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with ripe guava and passionfruit, layered with mango and tangerine—thick and forward-facing. Beneath the fruit sits a subtle leathery funk from the wild yeast fermentation, balanced by resinous hop notes that ground the composition without overpowering it.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and approachable, with tropical fruit flavours—guava and passionfruit—translating boldly to the palate without cloying sweetness. The body remains lean throughout; the Brettanomyces dryness and a measured resinous bitterness prevent the beer from reading as juice, while earthy undertones add complexity beneath the primary fruit character.

◑ Abgang

Dry and earthen, with the tropical notes fading gradually into the background. A faint leathery character lingers, leaving the palate clean and slightly astringent.

Serviertemperatur 8–11°C für das beste Geschmacks- und Aromaprofil.

Die geschwungene Form konzentriert Hopfenaromen und hält den Schaum. Unverzichtbar für aromatische Ales und IPAs, bei denen die Nase die halbe Erfahrung ist.
