Golden amber in color with a pale SRM of 8, the beer presents a bright, translucent clarity. The head is modest but persistent, with fine carbonation evident in steady streams rising through the glass. Lacing clings delicately to the sides as the foam retreats.

◌ Aroma

Ripe stone fruit dominates the nose, with fresh peach as the primary aromatic anchor. Underneath runs a baked, biscuity graham-cracker note from the malt base, accompanied by a subtle vanilla sweetness. Citrus and light tropical fruit from the Edelhopfen sit in the background, adding brightness without asserting themselves.

The palate is soft and full-bodied for its 6.5% ABV, with peach flavor carrying through seamlessly from the nose into the mid-palate. Bready, biscuity notes ground the stone fruit, while the bitterness remains restrained and integrated. The hop character emerges gently as citrus and tropical fruit notes, never dominating the fruit-forward profile.

The finish is rounded and balanced, allowing peach and malt sweetness to linger without tipping into cloying territory. The beer stops just short of sweetness, with a clean, fruit-forward fade that leaves a gentle warmth.
