Bonkers pours clear with a bright golden to light amber hue that catches the light with transparency. The head forms with moderate density and displays good retention, leaving distinct lacing on the glass as you drink. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, contributing to the beer's overall vivacity.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with an inviting fruitiness—fruit punch and melon leap forward immediately, backed by grapefruit zest and a piney resinousness. The Simcoe and Mosaic dry-hop character dominates without overwhelming, while the malt remains purposefully restrained in the background. There's a fresh, herbal edge that keeps the profile clean and aromatic.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is bright and punchy, with berry and melon flavors following the hop-forward trajectory established on the nose. The mid-palate reveals a resinous quality with subtle candy sweetness from the delicate malt base, providing just enough body without competing for attention. Bitterness remains moderate and well-balanced, finishing with a dry, slightly peppery edge rather than harsh ISO character.

The finish is clean and relatively short, allowing the bright character of the beer to linger without becoming cloying. Residual hop flavors fade to a dry, slightly peppery aftertaste that invites another sip.
