◎ Aussehen

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a fine, persistent white head that leaves delicate lacing on the glass. The beer shows bright, lively carbonation that sustains throughout the pour. The color reflects the light pilsner malt base, appearing almost translucent.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes of bright tangelo zest and ripe mango, followed by subtle orange resin character from the doubled Mosaic and Citra dry hop. A light herbal and dank undertone provides texture beneath the fruit-forward aromatics. The overall profile is fresh and inviting, with clean lager character supporting the hop expression.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, driven by the lean pilsner malt foundation with minimal residual sweetness. The mid-palate delivers the dry-hop character—fruity and resinous without overwhelming intensity—while a soft bitterness (35 IBU) integrates smoothly rather than asserting dominance. The beer maintains its refreshing quality throughout, with the malt acting as a neutral canvas for the hop aromatics.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and snappy, with the resinous character lingering briefly on the palate before fading cleanly. No residual sweetness or harshness remains—a classic pilsner conclusion that invites another sip.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C für maximale Frische servieren. Ein zu warm serviertes Pilsner verliert seinen charakteristischen Biss.
