Pale straw gold with a soft haze from suspended oats and wheat, creating a cloudy yet luminous appearance. A dense, creamy head forms readily and clings to the glass in fine lacing. The lively carbonation is evident throughout, with steady bubbles rising through the cloudy body.

◌ Aroma

Bright citrus notes lead, with distinct orange zest and fresh lemon peel mingling over a soft, bready grain foundation. Coriander and Czech Saaz hops introduce a delicate peppery spice and herbal complexity that stays restrained and refined. The overall impression is aromatic yet balanced, with no single note dominating.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens soft and slightly sweet from the malted wheat, with the oat adjuncts contributing a gentle, creamy mouthfeel. Coriander and orange peel spice emerge mid-palate, complemented by a faint floral hop character. Bitterness remains low and integrated, allowing the grain and spice to remain the focal point throughout.

The finish is dry with a faint citrus tartness that lingers pleasantly without harshness. A subtle herbal-peppery note persists as the beer fades, leaving a refreshing and clean aftertaste.
