◎ Aussehen

Pale straw gold with excellent clarity and a bright, luminous quality typical of the style. A fine white head forms readily and clings to the glass with distinct lacing. Brisk carbonation is evident throughout, creating a lively visual presence in the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent notes of crackery pale malt and light bread crust, establishing a clean, grainy foundation. Noble hops emerge with delicate florality, gentle spice, and herbaceous grass notes that layer gracefully without dominating. The overall impression is fresh and inviting, with no yeast or adjunct character interfering.

◐ Geschmack

The palate enters with crisp malt sweetness and a subtle bread note that carries through the mid-palate. Hop bitterness is restrained at 22 IBU, allowing the noble hop character—floral, spicy, and grassy—to contribute flavor without aggression. The body remains light and clean, with the brisk carbonation providing structure and refreshment.

◑ Abgang

The finish is dry and clean, with lingering noble hop spice and grass fading gracefully without any harsh edges. A subtle bread crust note persists briefly before the aftertaste resolves completely.

Gut gekühlt bei 4–6°C servieren. Kohlensäure und Frische stehen im Vordergrund — Kälte erhält beides.
