🌍 United States · Pale Lager · One of 157 Pale Lagers in hopIQ

Allagash Lager is the brewery's take on a classic pilsner and has been sold in stores since autumn 2024, after a summer in the Portland tasting room. It is brewed with pilsner malt grown and malted in New England, the brewery's barley blend and a little red wheat, and hopped with Nugget, Hallertau Mittelfrüh, Loral and Saaz. Expect crackery pale malt and light bread, a floral, gently spicy and grassy hop note, a light body with brisk carbonation and a clean, dry finish.
