◎ Appearance

A pale golden color with bright transparency and lively carbonation evident throughout the glass. The head forms quickly and maintains moderate retention, settling into a fine collar of foam that clings gently to the glass walls as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose is dominated by Citra hop character across its three expressions, delivering pronounced citrus notes—lemon zest and grapefruit pith—alongside resinous, piney undertones. The interplay of Citra Cryo and Citra Hyperboost intensifies the aromatic impact, creating a bold, layered hop presence that compensates for the beer's minimal malt backbone.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and clean, with bright citrus flavors mirroring the aroma. The mid-palate remains lean and dry, allowing hop bitterness and herbal resins to dominate without the softening effect of malt sweetness or body. Moderate bitterness builds steadily, finishing with a dry, slightly astringent quality.

◑ Finish

The finish is quick and clean, with lingering resinous and citrus notes fading steadily into a dry aftertaste. Little warmth or residual sweetness remains—the beer exits as it entered, light and refreshing.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
