◎ Appearance

Pale gold in the glass with a hazy, unfiltered character typical of the house style. The head forms with modest density and recedes to a thin collar, leaving delicate trails of lacing along the glass. Carbonation appears moderate, creating a gentle bead rather than aggressive fizz.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads immediately with ripe mango and pineapple, both fruit notes presenting with immediacy and clarity. Behind the tropical profile sits a bright citrus edge—lime and grapefruit zest—from the Citra and Mosaic hops. A subtle malt sweetness underpins the aromatic foundation, providing structure without heaviness.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with the tropical and citrus character promised by the aroma, with Citra and Mosaic expressing themselves clearly across the mid-palate. The fuller malt body than typical for alcohol-free ales gives the hops genuine presence and ballast; this is no thin, one-dimensional beer. Bitterness arrives with substance—35 IBU translates to real bite rather than mere suggestion, building steadily and finishing with a dry, crisp snap.

The finish is notably quick and clean, with lingering bitter notes and a bone-dry aftertaste. No sweetness or astringency overstays; the beer exits the palate with the precision expected from a well-composed alcohol-free IPA.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
