◎ Appearance

Pours a clear golden yellow, distinctly bright rather than pale, with fine carbonation evident throughout. The head forms quickly and holds with modest persistence, laying down delicate lacing on the glass. The low alcohol strength is immediately apparent in the light, transparent body, yet the beer avoids appearing thin or insubstantial.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with pronounced tropical fruit character, built on a foundation of ripe mango and passion fruit from the Citra and Mosaic hop pairing. Citrus notes emerge as the beer opens, adding brightness without sharp edges. The hop character is clean and fresh, with minimal malt presence—subtle cereal notes only provide a whisper of grounding beneath the fruit-forward profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is light and silky, with the hop-derived tropical fruit flavors establishing themselves immediately on the palate. The mid-palate remains dry and brisk, held by measured bitterness that feels firm without aggression—the 30 IBU serves to frame rather than dominate. The texture remains smooth throughout, light enough to refresh but structured enough to sustain the hop expression through to the finish.

◑ Finish

The finish is quick and clean, the lingering bitterness fading to dryness without any sticky or cloying aftertaste. The beer closes briskly, leaving the palate refreshed and ready for another sip rather than demanding extended contemplation.

Serve well-chilled. Session IPAs are at their best cold — the lower ABV means less warmth to balance the hops.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
