◎ Appearance

A bright golden-hazy pour with a soft, fine-grained head that settles into a thin lace. The cloudiness reads as intentional and characteristic of the NEIPA style rather than a flaw, conveying a sense of freshness and unfiltered texture. Carbonation is lively and consistent throughout the glass.

◌ Aroma

Citrus—particularly grapefruit and lemon zest—leads the bouquet, supported by distinct tropical fruit notes of mango and passionfruit. Beneath lies a light piney minerality that lifts the profile without overwhelming; the hop character feels present and genuine rather than steeped. No significant malt or yeast aromas intrude; the composition stays hop-forward and clean.

◐ Taste

Entry is juicy and full-bodied for an alcohol-free beer, with citrus pith and stone fruit developing across the mid-palate. Bitterness arrives measured at 20 IBU—present enough to define the beer as an IPA, but restrained and well-balanced. The finish leans toward dry, with a subtle piney resin lingering without harshness or astringency.

Clean, moderately dry departure with citrus and pine notes fading gradually. No cloying sweetness or artificial character remains; the aftertaste stays true to hop expression.
